I need a 1/2" collet for my DW610 router. Is someone making replacement collets for this router. Since they are a real PITA to remove it'd be nice if a replacement was the double break loose type where the second break extracts the collet. I know I'm dreaming.

Thanks reuelt! I'm working with Musclechuck on the possibility of using one of there's. I'll let you know how it turns out. I have one on my 3-1/2HP Porta Cable router that I use on my Legacy Mill. It's been in use for 15-20 years and has performed flawlessly.

I looked into those extensions but the extension is too much for the work I need to do. But thnnks for your efforts to try and help me. I appreciate it. I'll keep that info in my memory bank for future reference. But at my age I'm not sure how long it'll stay on file LOL!
