Fixed Base Accessories:

Shop-Vac brand universal tool adapter 90687 fits the dust collection attachment. It must be cut to fit. Use sections 2 and 3 as shown in attached pic to adapt to a 1-1/4” Shop-Vac hose.

For anyone wanting to make custom sub bases or wishing to mount this small but powerful little router to a table or other fixture, the fixed base screw pattern is square (4 screws) with a 2-13/32” center to center span from screw to screw across one side of the square pattern. It measures approximately 3-3/8” diagonally from corner to corner for checking square alignment of any marked pattern prior to drilling. Original equipment sub base screw size is M4x.70 metric. 10mm long. You can find these at most home centers in various lengths for making and using different sized sub bases.

Plunge Base Accessories:
Plunge base DNP612
Porter Cable edge/circle guide PC42690 fits the DeWalt DNP612 plunge base.

Shop-Vac universal tool adapter 90687 listed above also fits the plunge base.

Compression spring 609118-00
Wing screw 608930-00
The compression springs and wing screws are available through servicenet.dewalt.com. They do not come with the plunge base but make nice original equipment additions for adding shop made or aftermarket edge guides. Use two of each of the springs and screws in the plunge base and place the spring under the wing screw to hold tension to prevent it from loosening when not in use. The plunge base actually does include one of these wing screws for setting the depth guide only. It does not come with the spring under it, but the plunge base depth adjust on the larger DW618 router does have the spring so I also added a spring to my DWP611 plunge depth set wing screw as well. This same screw as described above is what fits the base for the edge guides (for both the DWP611 plunge, and the DW618 fixed and plunge bases).

More accessories:

Sub base centering cone DNP617. This cone will fit the 1/4" collet of the DWP611 motor when in either base (fixed or plunge) to center the sub base before tightening the base plate screws.

That's a great list, and I'm certain that it's going to help a few of us find the accessories that we want.

I wasn't happy with the edge guide that DeWalt makes for my DW618 routers, and the DNP611 one for the DWP611 is just a smaller version of it. I now have and use a CRB7 for all of my router jig needs when using my DWP611.

The larger DeWalt edge guide DW6913 is said to fit the plunge base of the DWP611. I have not verified this. It appears to have two sets of rods in different diameters, which makes sense because it’s supposed to work with all DeWalt routers and the DWP611 has smaller holes than the DW616/618 has. They are 5/16” or 8mm diameter on the DWP611 router’s plunge base. For reference, the holes on the larger router are 7/16” or 11mm.

I believe the DNP611 number actually refers to the motor assembly itself for the DWP611 router. Are you maybe thinking of the larger edge guide I talked about in my last post?

Yes. I used the DeWalt edge guide and was not happy with it. I did not remember the model number and attempted to copy it from your post. I guess I picked the wrong number. Sorry. I still like the CRB7 for it's edge guide and other capabilities much better.

I am looking to purchase a wide sub base for a dewalt611 palm router.
I do not have a drill press and would prefer to buy one. I'd like it to be 10"-12" at its widest point.

I've seen the teardrop shaped one, and i don't think it's quite wide enough. If the square one is at least 10" it'd likely work, but I'd much prefer a non square shape to allow for easier turning, or spinning, of the router when nearing clamps or other obstructions.

you don't need a drill press...
get or make a drill guide...
let the router drill the center hole..

multiple use of tools is awesome. All bearing replacements on my snowmobile suspension were done using a press, a brass punch and a variety of impact sockets, along with a BFH ....... the uncivilized acronym for a large ball pein hammer, lol

Discovered that the Jasper circle cutting guide fits the DW611 plunge base perfectly, despite no mention of that router in their compatibility list. I did not take the clear plate off the plunge base despite instructions to do so, since there were two through-holes into 5mm tapped holes. Unfortunately the selection of screws that Jasper supplies didn’t include anything long enough, but I had two Allen-head 5mm pan heads of sufficient length (about 20mm or 3/4”, as I recall) in my metric bolts drawer. Maybe the supplied screws would have worked if I’d been willing to remove the clear acrylic DW plate.
