Well while putting in a new wood floor I found a source that is close and fast. Home Depot sells tapping blocks for laminate floors. They are a perfect size and only about 9$ a piece.
Next time you need one cheap and in a hurry drop by the flooring department at the HD and look at the flooring accessories.
