If it's anything like the bits that Micro Jig sells you need to cut the label and twist the container top then pull up. BTW, welcome to the forum!
Erbaur - Demented
The people who designed the Erbaur router tool packaging must be completely DEMENTED!. After cutting the plastic packaging off with a sharp knife, the router bit is then set in a square plastic box. Can't get it out even with a hammer. DEMENTED!!!!
