Error uploading files

Hi All, I wonder if anyone can help with this error message, ‘error uploading files’. I have a Shaper Origin. It was intermittent but now won’t load any files. They are def svg and def in the Shaper File storage and i can see them on my iPad. The machine just can’t seem to access any files from Shaper. Has anyone else had this issue and how do I sort it?
