Another was a guy on Instructables. His idea was a stiff bristle brush. Interesting ideas. I think these ideas would be best suited as a fence item used in conjunction with real featherboard on the table. This window spring or some stiff and short brushes would prevent the material lifting, not necessarily an anti kick back device.
Any of you guys have some off ducks like these in your tool stash?
