Wow, have not been on here for years since I did a fishing rod building bench. I would have to admit your love of the sport has outdone me.

And congratulations to the young man in the photographs, Ye might not know it, but, I would bet, he will be bragging about that for decades to come to his buddies in the future!

Overbuilt even, in my eyes, that will last for decades!

 

This is one of the best 'build threads' I've seen, rivals the best CNC build threads for certain - excellent job! Are you pleased with it and/or is there something you would change now that you've had the opportunity to use it?
