I like those, John. Did you have any problems carving the MDF with your bits? I thinking about dulling and glue build up on them.

Went right thru it. No problems. The coating seems like some sort of plastic of some kind.

 

Signs look great John.

It's probably some type of MDO (medium density overlay).

 

Have no idea what it is , Mike. Almost seems like some sort of plastic.

Nope. That's the stuff they use on the walls, offices, and/or inside displays.
