Peachtree is running a special on this set...$59. Does anybody have any knowledge of or experience with this set. I can't find anything on them so if anyone has any input, I would appreciate it greatly.

The "Fulton" branding was said by someone to be a Peachtree "inhouse brand"... but it is not. That is incorrect. "Fulton Woodworking Tools and Accessories" is a company local to them:

Peachtree also sells other Fulton products.
No-one I know seems to have any experience with this dado set. The web seems flooded within the past few days with questions and rumors of this special offer, but personally, I don't see it listed in Peachtree's regular online catalog, even as a regular listing on their dado set page (They only have Frued's listed on that page), nor their regular sales listings, so I have reservations.
You really have to look for it diligently to even find that e-commerce sale only offer, with a note on that listing as in limited quantities for a limited time only and may as such be substituted without notice:

By note of it's look and design... looks like a budget intro quality starter kit, under the specs of a low dollar Frued set. It says C4 carbide, which is quality carbide for the teeth in a dado set but there is not much meat to those teeth, so I don't know how many resharpenings you're going to get out of it. By the config of the teeth, it only has 12 teeth, but it follows the pattern and tpi of a 24 tooth blade, so it might cut with that quality with a low-cost design, but you'ld need the HP from your saw to drive it and keep it going smoothly. I'd wonder about smoothness (operation-wise and vibration).
Something I really do like about it's design... I know of no saw that would use this set "complete." The set, with all it's pieces adds to to being just shy of 1". But it is complete with all the pieces to make it very flexible and adaptable in it's use. I wish high-end sets would follow suit with that.
It's not a high-end, but it isn't meant to be nor offered and priced as such. It might work out to be a good intro-starter set to get a user into being able to do TS dado's and not break your wallet. I can't confirm this personally, as I have not touched one. Just going off what I can "see" from it's design.
If someone buys this and finds that it is a quality offering running smooth and vibration free with a smooth finish quality cut and bottom on veneer covered stock...please let me know.
