i hate to state the obvious, but i would start by contacting the manufacturer to see if a) parts are still available, or b) do they have a controller upgrade/retrofit for your machine. if you already did that, i apologize!
you may want to post a few pics of what hardware you do have left. i am not familiar with that brand, but i am sure there will be some light shed by others.
