New out of the box Genmitsu Proverxl 4030. Jog controls don't work. Will not respond. Error code 15. "exceeds work area". Happened right after I gave it the home command. It returned to home then nothing.

Look at $27, #130, $131, and $132.
$27 - That is 7045 feet, how big is your machine?
$130 - Same as $27
$131 & $132 - Maximum travel of 0.00, that is why you get the Error code 15. "exceeds work area", you have no work area!

Look at $27, #130, $131, and $132.
$27 - That is 7045 feet, how big is your machine?

Never big enough! Thank you for your response! I have discovered that the parameters set in the version of Candle that came with the machine are based on the 4030's work area. I bought the 6060 extension kit and built the machine with the upgraded frame right out of the box. This went haywire when I sent it to home. The limit switches are outside of the 4030 parameters. I have the proper parameters now, but don't know how to load them or change the existing parameters. Thanks again for your help!

That's a GRBL control setup so in your software go to Configuration and it should load all of the current settings. Change the ones you need and save. Then restart the software and you should be fine. $130, $131, and $132 are the dimensions for your machine.
