Getting Dirty in Texas

Little about me. I own a router and table but have only used the router a couple of times. Hopefully I can learn some tricks of the tool here.

At this time my woodworking is turning game calls and pens. I've been told I do a pretty fair job on the pens and calls. Still have a ways to go before I will be satisfied with my turning.

The rest of my free time is spent getting "DIRTY", we spend a lot of time in the woods riding dirt bikes and racing the S.T.O.R.M. (South Texas Off Road Motorcyclist) Hare Scramble Series. My oldest son (15yo) will be starting his third year of racing next month and my youngest (8yo) will start his racing career.

I've got a couple more some where, I'll have to look for them. The blue bike was the first bike my oldest raced. We are all now on "PUMPKINS" and got any from the Japanese imports.

Welcome Hemibee to the forums. Nice work on the pens. I thought about making pens at on time, but never did do anything about it. Nice to see the family involved in a sport together.
