I recently purchased a new Microsoft Surface Go. I like it! My iPad was shutting down with battery issues. I have always been a PC guy during my work years. The iPad was different for me to use. I have not tried Sketch up. I did take a screenshot of my workshop with the Surface from house plans. I could then use the drawing ability to try and work out equipment placement and piping needs.

The new Pc fixed my problem with sketch up hanging up when selecting to make components.

Sam there was an issue with intel video card causing hangs. New machine has Amd video . I was not looking or think about the problem.
