If it's a 1617 not a 1617evs Here's one at Rockler link. Someone had success with this universal plate from Powertec Amazon believe they had a different router but they called Powertec for the definitive answer.

Why not buy and use the the Bosch 8 pc temple set it contains a pc that will accept the PC guide bushings
I have a set works fine it allows me to use all my PC guides on my Bosch 1617
Jasper m575 base plate fits the1617. Woodcraft , Amazon And I believe Walmart sell this base plate

Milescraft makes a universal base with their Turnlock bushings. It is also sold, or was, under the Craftsman name. They make both plastic and metal bushing sets, I would suggest the metal ones. The universal base works well and is for a lot of routers.
