Welcome to the forum. A first name in your profile is always a nice addition.
Hello and welcome to the router forum, Happy
Hey, Happy; welcome!
Mohawk Finishes distributors have a lot of experience in offering solutions (no pun intended) for very specific requirements. Stop by or e-mail the Company.

In any case, try your finish program on scrap first. You'll be Happy you did... :)

I just read an article about using potash. It's toxic though and you have to be careful with it. It also only works on woods with fairly high tannin content like oak.

Welcome to the forum! Like Rick said, when you get a chance please add your first name to your profile so we'll know who we're talking to. We can see it's Alan but we won't remember that past this thread more than likely.

And we love to see photos so please post some photos of your work when you're able. You can post photos from your computer now but you can't post a link to photos until you have 10 posts.
