I like to use the Go Advanced button below this Quick Reply window. You'll see a Paper Clip in the middle of the row of icons, choose that and it will bring up a dialogue box from which you can choose photos on your computer. Upload those and then hit the dropdown beside the paperclip to insert the photos where you want them in your text.
