I’m looking for help with my Sainsmart 3018 CNC. I’m new and lost. Is this where you can get your questions answered ?

Welcome. There is a separate section for CNC where lots of questions have already been answered. Look in the upper right dorner and you'll see the icon for a bullited list. Click that to locate the CNC group. We have some pretty accomplished CNC folks here, I'm just not one of them.
