New to the forums.I have read a few of the threads and I am impressed. I use a lot of hand tools for hobby work but also have power tools, but love the traditional ways.
Welcome Neanderthal, you will find a great group of people here. Some are experienced, some are wise, and some are like Ed. He actually pre-dates the stone age. He was a teacher of wall painting back then. All of us will help when we can or at least give you our opinion, and it can be fun too.
Reible As i started making sawdust befoer power tools were common as dirt I use mostly hand tools for most things. I do use power when I have deadline, hand tools need thought and technique. Sometimes the Woodwright's Shop is my idea of relaxation(not realy) How I work is governd by the project and time allowed. aAs for age I need a fire permit for a birthday cake
