Just kidding, I live in North Dakota - it feels like the north pole sometimes though. My shop (garage) is pretty chilly. Anyway I’m joining this forum to ask a question in the appropriate section about my Skil router, which is a whole different topic I will start on soon.
I consider myself an amateur woodworker. I have basic knowledge of tools, joinery, some woods etc. I feel that I have a knack for this hobby (for me its a hobby vs profession) going back to high school.
My last project was a cedar shower bench that was quite the learning experience but turned out pretty good. I coated it in teak oil and I’m still dealing with the dust a year later in the garage… worth it I think!
