hello,
my name is jake, i came across this site looking for information. I am 24 currently in good standing with I.U.E.C. local 10. But for time being out of work. have always liked working with my hands and learning the in and outs of how things work. ex: electric, plumbing, engineering, combustion ect. things most people don't think about. due to my extra "FREE" time if there is such a thing, i happen to be doing alot of carpentry something that has been almost extinct in my trade. i happen to obtain a powr-kraft radial arm saw model # tpc 2323A (2 h.p. 5000 rpm) figured to put it to good use since my grandfathers old house needs lots of remodeling. the condition looks great considering its probably the same age as me. i would like to learn more about the saw i can see that it can cut almost anything at any angle with ease. i need to build a table, maybe with wheels since the unit happens to be large. I would like to find out what year it was made (my guess late seventy's early eighty's from the paint scheme. brown or light tan with orange handles) but any information would be grateful. thanks, if possible i will post pictures.

Welcome Jake. I don't know for sure but I own a few Powr-Kraft tools and there were sold under the Montgomery-Wards brand name. Often they were built by other companies. I'm not sure how much that helps. Search google for powr-kraft tools your'll find some info.
