Hello,

Name is Richard and I'm from Bali, Indonesia.
I love DIY. I'm new to woodworking & CNC and I'm here to learn more about those things.

*I'm looking forward for my own workshop after I know more about woodworking & CNC.

Please be kind.

Thanks in advance,
Richard.

G'day, Richard and welcome to the forum.

As most members are in USA, it would help if you told us a bit more about Indonesia. What voltage, what items you could buy without selling a kidney,,,,Etc

Well, everything is quite cheap here but quality.
It's 220v here.

And i have to sell one of my kidney if the machine cost more than a tesla model s 100d.
But i'm not willing to spend that much for a machine since i'm just a newbie.

Welcome aboard Richard. There seem to be a fair number of CNCers here so hopefully you'll find what you need.

Hi, Richard!

CNC is in the deep end of the pool and if you can afford that tech you are in better shape than I.
For typical power tools, I've managed to make new and used tool acquisitions to my advantage - hopefully you have some opportunities where you live.

Safety is paramount in power tools so bone up on that subject for any tool you buy and protect yourself from yourself! After all that, enjoy!

Welcome to the Router Forums Richard.

After you look around the site you can start asking a few questions. You will get a lot of answers that should help get you pointed in the right direction.

Good luck and I hope to see some of your projects once you get your shop up and running.

As a consolation, consider that you will participate in helping others spend THEIR money......participation in this activity is a requirement of membership...
