I have a old bosch 1905 series router with no collet or nut. 0601905134 they no longer make replacement parts Should I just throw it away?

If you really like this router look into Muscle Chuck and see if they make one for it that fits your needs. On a cursory look it appears they don't make one for that router but if really interested you may want to call to double check. See their website for more information.

Do not throw it away. If it still runs send it to me, I'll figure out somehow to use it, or use it as a doorstop if nothing else. Or, you could do a search, with a search phrase along these lines -
Bosch 1905 router 0601905134 interchange parts

No telling what you may find.

I hope you find what you are after,

Sometimes, it is better to bite the bullet and buy a newer router..IMO.
