I'm new to CNC even I built over 5 3D printers, 1 plotter and 2 laser's in the past. I jumped on CNC but I purchase a DIY desktop size because was cheaper than building one. My hobby when I get home is woodworking. Got the FoxAlien Masuter pro and I installed a Makita router because the spindle that came with the machine was a joke. I'm a few years from retirement and I will need all these toys to stay alive.

Welcome to the forum! We do like photos so show us your shop, tools, projects, etc. whenever you're ready.
Welcome aboard to the addiction. Just recently got my first 3d printer. CNC is more forgiving than 3d printing (mostly) from what I have experienced.

You will enjoy retirement if you have your hobbies properly laid out.
Welcome. I know what you mean about staying alive and mentally sharp. Got to do things, have projects that challenge and satisfy. I was forced to retire about age 76, and if I don't have something challenging to do, I turn into a slug. Hope to see and read more from you.
Welcome to the forum.
