Hi, Thanks for letting me join the forum. Been woodworking for many years as a hobbyist, have many hobbies and just do a bit here and there as the flow takes me. Brought most of my woodworking tools over from the UK when we moved, but forgot my router table. :surprise:

Ah, bit of a drive from Newcastle, NSW.

Still, I reckon there should be a get-together one day of all the Australian-based members.

I may get to your shed one day Harry, I travel to Perth quite regularly. I work offshore from Broome but overnight in Perth before every trip.

I look forward to hearing from you, just email me via the forum and spend a day with me.

As for the router table, have you looked on Gumtree, over time I've seen quite a few router tables and routers.
The Carbitool one whilst basic, appears to have everything that's necessary and at $348.90, not too expensive.
