Hello.
I am using a Huawei HG659B modem. '
basically, I've got a small website which is not public (localhost). i have found my 'external' IP address, however whenever I use the external IP address, up pops the admin screen for my modem.
I have altered the IP address of the modem, & this internal IP does work (the old IP address no longer works).
Is there a process within the admin programme of this router to
a) stop any/all IP addresses a person uses (port numbers too) and only show the admin login screen if they specify the correct IP address.
also
b) if they put external.ip.address:80 - They will be directed to my PC & small website.
(its not a major public site & i only want 1-2 folk to have access to it. i do have my own domain name with public information).
