Nice plaque! I have yet to cut Corian but I have some for when I have time to venture down that road. What bits/speeds/feeds did you use?

I used a whiteside 1/4" Spiral end mill for the clearance cut and a whiteside double flute 60 degree vcarve bit for carving. I ran the end mill at 1400 rpm at 100 ipm and the 60 degree vcarve bit at 1400 rpm at 50 ipm. Cotian will make short life of the vcarve bits if run too fast.

1400 or 14,000? My spindle won't go slower than 6,000 rpm.

14000. Those zeros sure make a difference.

I agree. I was in my bank a while back and in talking to the teller she mentioned that a zero had no value, so I suggested she add one to the end of our bank account. All of a sudden zero had some value! ;)
