That is about right for an Anet 3D printer. They have several models, and there are a few clones out there, none of them a real expensive. These are more or less kits that you have to assemble. The real nice thing about these is that they are very easy to upgrade various components on them. If you are a bit adventurous, it is not a bad way to get started with a hobby 3D printer.

This printer will use most filaments on the market for printing where some of the cheaper printers are limited because the heaters they use will not heat some the filaments hot enough to extrude. This printer sells for approximately the same price on Amazon and reviews are not too bad so if I was in the market for a small unit this would be one that I would consider..

If I get one it’s going to be the version that uses a laser underneath to make and bond each layer . Builds it from the top down
