I can't tell from the photo. I hope your wife does well with the treatments. Keep positive thoughts through this and pray for the best. We'll be thinking of you and your wife.
Maybe the router bit slipped up a little or the depth adjustment was a bit looseJust bought the Jessem to install in my existing Rockler table, and using my PC 7518. Had to buy the Jessem template to cut hole the proper hole to house the lift. As instructed, used a 3'4" od bushing and 1/2" straight bit. To avoid cutting away any more surface between the plate and the fence I mounted the template flush with the top (the side closes to the fence) of the existing cutout. After cutting the depth of 3/8", the top was the only part that cut the full 3/8" depth. As the enclosed picture indicates the two sides and the bottom (yes that's where I let the router "dip") did not cut the full 3/8" as required. What in the world did I do wrong. All answers much appreciated. Also, as in my last post, wife is still undergoing cancer treatments and it may be a while before I can respond.
Update: Took me a while but I think I got it figured out. The template is about ½" thicker than the depth of the bushing. By lowering the bit half inch should get the correct depth. Haven't gotten to it yet - wife started chemo Mon, much running to doctors and many tests.
