You might try Boston Gear. Speed Reducer, Gear Drive, Variable Speed Drives | Boston Gear
They have had almost every type of gear and power transmission product that I've ever needed. They will help you identify the gear and recommend the replacement. They might have even supplied the gear for Jointech originally.
