I just got a jointech smartlift digital router lift and the small plastic gear that drives the plastic ring gear is striped does anyone make parts for it? or know of any way to get the prints for the parts?

Sorry jointech is no longer in business parts are nearly nonexistent

Jessem might be able to help. They made the original lifts for Jointech. If it's the same gear that broke on mine, Jessem will send you a set of metal ones.

First of all, welcome, but I am a newcomer also. Secondly, my condolences for having purchased that lift, I too own one. Was fairly nice when it worked, had problems with the digital read out and Barry Wixley was more than willing to replace it if Jointec wouldn't, after a couple of go arounds, Jointec did send the part. Stripped the gears not too long after, and was able to replace them, now I'm needing the splined shaft that drives the whole thing. Should I be unable to figure out a down and dirty way to engineer a repair, I will have at least one new gear if I can find it Hope you have better luck with yours than I have!!
