Hi folks,
I'm just getting started in woodworking. It's something I've wanted to do ever since high school and I'm a bit older than that now.
I'm looking forward to getting some minor projects done to learn with and move on to more ambitious things.
So far, I've used my table saw, router and drill press in building a small portable router table (it's temporary use but works), a sled for cutting miters for picture frames (also temporary, found a better plan) 6 different picture frames and am working on making another sled for my table saw and another router table for my Skil 1825.
I know there will be a wealth of info on this site, though I haven't had the pleasure of watching the router workshop on tv yet (just got back into the work force), I will find out when it's on and tape it for when I get home.
My brother was kind enough to let me watch how to make a router table on one of your CDs and it's got me convinced you guys know exactly how to work wood.
I'm sure to learn lots here and from your videos.
Thanks for being patient.
