Not sure if this is the right sub forum for this but...
I just got a Sommerfeld Katie Jig, they had them 25% off at Christmas time.
Following Marcs video, my first try went very quick and easy. Near perfect results.
My question is- in the video, Marc shows how to loosen the fit. My problem is, it’s already too loose. Anybody here know how to tighten the fit?

No the backer boards a mounted to an aluminum extrusion.

Tom- yes, but it doesn’t say anything about it.
James- yes, the cutters come with it.

Got a reply from Jay at Sommerfeld yesterday.
He said what I need to do is make a new backer out of hdf (5/8), then shave a VERY small amount off the thickness. Try it, if needed, take a hair more.
I’m thinking of starting with removing around.008 for starters.
Now if I can find hdf anywhere. No one around here sells it, except to order a full sheet.

Kinda what I was thinking James. Around .006. Might go .008. If too much can shim it.
