Hi, it looks like you have a Kobalt. Is Lowe’s able to help you? What is the OD of the insert? Thank you! Jim

the size is three and one eight or 80 mm have contacted Lowes they do not stock replacements the only one I could find is on eBay have checked amazon nothing near the right size
I am checking with a guy in Texas that makes new ones. They are supposed to be pretty tough. I was trying to figure out how I could email you an eBay link. I’ve found a few just bumming around on eBay. I will let you know if the fella in TX can help.

If you can find someone in Canada that can do 3D printing, you’re gold. I have someone line up in February to pop line out. Poor fellow broke his leg so I have to wait a bit.
Here's a suggestion. If you have friends or relatives in the US, why not contact them and ask if the available item on ebay can be shipped to them (by the seller who will not ship to Canada). Then your U.S. contact could re-ship the item to you. Just a thought.

Welcome to the forum @almost right
Hi almost right. I used a visitor from South Africa to carry a gift of two lock miter bits and a set of tiny setup jigs for them. Tucked a gift care in with it in case the Customs people got hinky. Buying and shipping the 3 ounce jigs alone was more than $100! All kinds of fees and taxes involved, but these were used items. I have not heard yet that they arrived safely, but they did make it into the country without incident.

Oh, and welcome to the Forum.

One of the issues with Living in the best country in the world (Australia), is the cost of freight on some items from USA....
