Kobalt table saw height adjustments

My Kobalt 10 inch table saw height adjustments were not working correctly. I called Kobalt and they replaced the saw. That was two months ago, now this new saw is doing the same thing. The adjustment wheel is to hard to turn . I clean the gears and the entire saw and it will work for a short time .I do not want to keep cleaning the gears and adjustment mechanisms .I searched online for others having this problem and that is how I found your forum..The only other guy I found with this problem said he pulls up on the riving knife while turning the adjustment wheel..There is a design flaw in this saw . Can anyone help ?
