Best book I have I got used on Amazon. Bill Hylton's "Woodworking With The Router." He has other books on the topic that are all good, but I find this particular one has larger type, clear color pictures, and is easier on old eyes. There are a few other books by other authors, but his are top of the list for me. $35 new on amazon, some used. Amazon.com : bill hylton woodworking with the router
For videos, go to YouTube and watch videos by Marc Sommerfeld. He was a cabinetmaker who later started Sommerfeld Tools, which sells some premium sets. As John mentioned, be careful because like most videos, the safety devices have been removed to make the process more visible. The best thing about watching this old hand work is that they rarely cut away, but instead show the complete process. His technique, the way he handles the matrials and machine, are very simple and direct. In science, they would call it elegant. Nothing fancy, just incredibly good looking results.
Yes, he does a little promotion, but it's mainly because he uses his own products. But it's not heavy handed and you can see exactly how he does it. Marc, unfortunately, passed away a couple of years ago from ALS, but I don't think any other video maker has done it better. I lucked out and found his videos early on. They are all on youtube, but I bought the dvds and watched them every time I did a project as a refresher.
