I'm presently making up some louvre doors in Pine as a copy an existing door but to vastly different dimensions. I've mock clamped the structure together, and routered the edges inside and out, to a 6mm radius. What stumps me now, is how to make the slots for the slats, angles etc. Does anyone know of a blog or instructable which I can visit for precise info?

Hi Muhsein and welcome

Do a search of the forum for "louvre jig" using the "Community Search" box at the top of the page. You'll find that the question was asked and answered in the recent past (twice or mor in the past year)

Regards

Welcome to the forum, Muhsien.

Purchase the DVD "Jigs" #0101D from the New Yankee Workshop. There is a great jig on that DVD that Norm uses to make louvre doors.
