Hello
I was not aware a router could be used to make an entry door. Has anyone done this, if so where could I find the bits. I have a small router table and a 3.25 hp router. I was going to buy a $800 shaper for this project, but if a router will do the job, I'd rather invest the money in another toy.

With the doormakers bit set @ Harborfreight tools, you can do the raised panels, It is item 90009-1VGA. 1/2 inch shank C3, price is right @ less then 20 USD.
I have wanted to make one of those old time doors for the bedrooms and am now in the process of making one, after that I will have to make only three more.
An enrty door should be as easy.
