Hey guys,

I finally made it to buy my first table saw, the makita 2704.

I had some doubts about if it would meet my requirements regarding precison because I wanted to use it
for building furnitures.
Finally I can say I am fully satisfied with this nice toy especially considering the price of about 780€.

I have made a video about it, maybe it is interesting for someone.

Maybe someone can help me out again to post the youtube link here in my article :)

Thanks guys.

The table saw is the foundation for any shop. Congratulations. Next, pop for about $30 for Wixey digital angle gauge. https://www.amazon.com/Wixey-WR300-...487735788&sr=8-2&keywords=digital+angle+gauge. This is the new model with a backlight and uses an aaa battery. Use it often to make sure your cut angles are exact. The backlight feature is nice, in fact, I'm ordering one and will retire my 8 year old one by giving it to my son in law. I don't like flat batteries much either.

Great video Daniel. Your new to this forum but you are already a good wood worker. I am looking forward to seeing the projects you make on your new table saw.

Thanks very much Don, really appreciate your comment. Yes I have some projects in pipeline, I even have one finished on which I have to prepare the video material.

Here I have some pics:

Great video Daniel. Good idea to speed bits up to show all the important details in a short time. The sped-up tool noises funny, especially the hand saw :)

Hey Andy,

thank you very much.

Yes I had to trim about 90 mins of raw material down to about 11 mins :)

I am sorry for the background music I should have tuned it down a bit
