| The cam lock on my Incra Mast R Lift, model 02121, stopped working. I ran across this thread and followed the recommendation to contact Incra (888.804.6272, option 2). Mark answered almost immediately. I explained that as I rotate the lock towards the lock position it pops past the lock position and keeps rotating. He said that's an easy fix and recommended I buy a 1/2" or longer shoulder bolt from a hardware store like Ace Hardware (not a big box store). He said 3/16 diam, but I checked and a 1/4 bolt is what I needed for my model. I installed the bolt and my problem is solved. Excellent support from Incra! Attached are picks of the bolt on my lift and from a 3D model.
