I had a 16 ft piece of deck board. Making a messaging board for the mobile home park here is a picture. I was ask if cold make. This is basic frame.

Is this a real wood board or is it composite lumber?
Composite wood board will it holdup if cut?
Should last longer than a wood deck board that is un-treated. Composite lumber is also a good choice for outdoor signs and works well with normal woodworking tools.

Good choice for the message board. Keep us up to date on this project. Post some pictures when you are finished and have it mounted.
We're about to move my senior group from one church meeting place to another. The new church is housed in what had been a charter school, so they could use a few of these around the campus, and it would be a nice gesture. Glass front outdoors because of the occasional driving rain or very high winds. Thanks for the idea.
Here back on and cork board. This is also another paying gig.

Tom's idea for the "front door" has merit. I would seriously consider plexiglass or acrylic as we've used in the lending library boxes in the past. Might save an accident.
Here is next stage of build.

Yes door is Plexiglas. Cut out but not complete.
Short people in that park, or is your photo an optical illusion? Or maybe these recently added pieces attach to taller sign posts.
