To an 8mm shaft .0025 is a lot of space. It also depends on the RPM's required of the bearing.
8mm ID bearings are readily available in many different sizes and types. I did a quick search for "8mm ID bearing" and got back many sources.
If you can provide some additional info, like Stick asked, maybe we can help you locate the right bearing...
