Among those who have a Jessem/Milwaukee 5626, or especially those who converted a Milwaukee 5625, do you happen to know the wire gauges for the 5 wires in the power/control cable? I'm guessing the black and white wires are either 12- or 14-gauge, and that the red, blue, and brown wires are smaller--maybe 16- or 18-gauge?

I have an EFM and potentiometer, but I could not find the power/control cable (22-64-0400) anywhere, so I'm going to have to make one up and hard-wire it to my switch and potentiometer on one end, and to a 3-pin header and 2 spade lugs on the other. Any help greatly appreciated!

So you're suggesting I would bypass the "electronic feedback module" in the router and wire the power cord directly to the motor? I'll have to think that one over a bit, but thanks for the suggestion.
