Hello..

I am Bona from Juba-South Sudan. I operate a CNC router 4x8ft. which has developed some issues.
The software and DSP is weihong nk105-3ms

1. It jerks and can't jog freely. (it jerks constantly as though it's in stepper mode)
2. It can't go back to mech reference point. (Jerks with an alarm on)
3. It can't load a g.code tap file. (It indicates NtBkOrig)

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, welcome. If you post CNC questions with no specific title referencing CNC, our CNC folks may not see it for some time. If you post, you should use the CNC Forum. In the upper left hand corner of the pate you will see the word NEW, then a symbol beside it that looks a little like a bulleted list (Dots and lines).
