Router will not power on. 120V Power is detected at circuit board.
Bushings look good (unless I am missing something obvious).
Anything else I need to check?
I did not separate out the bottom part to investigate motor coils etc. … don’t know how to disassemble further.

It's often the speed control or the switch. If the circled points in the photo are where you measured the voltage, that may only indicate the cord is good. Between the white (neutral) and brown (switched live) at the board would tell you the switch is working. The output voltage of the speed control would likely be the other two wires. A variable AC voltage would likely appear there. It looks like a very basic AC control, along the lines of this image that I found.

I should mention that not all triacs have the same pinout or ratings and that aluminum (heatsink) and screw that you see is probably live.

Welcome to Earth, Vulcan....

As Paul indicated, check the switch or speed controller. Thes are most likely to fail without warning, unlike a bearing.
