Dominik the only twine hangers I am familiar with is a loop of twine with a knot tied in it. No machine needed for that only cheap labour required, usually my labour. Are you meaning something different from that?

I looked at your website.You do very nice scroll saw work.

Do you mean "macrame" as in the manner in which to make them...?

Dominik, This is called an "ornament" in English. Nice snowman! A router with a guide bushing would be the best tool to make many of them the same.

You make a template like the one in the photo and rout the inside clockwise. Use double sided tape to hold your wood down. You can make a stack of them at the same time.
