My name is Richard and I have just baught some Freud routers. My ft300 router on the Freud table has only got the 1/2" collet with it, one Freud 1700 has no collets or collet nut and the other 1700 has both a 1/2" and a 1/4" collet. Can I get new collets to replace the ones I don't have? How much do they usually cost?

Hi Richard - Welcome to the forum
Not sure what they cost but call 1-800-472-7307 for their service support. Sorry, don't recall the extension but they have been more than accomodating for me.
Hope this helps, that 3000 is an awesome machine.
Edit- Ooops, forgot to mention the 3000 and the 1700 collets are interchangeable.
