You shouldn't be talking about connecting the DDCS expert to the H100 VFD YET
because I don't think the DDCS expert can run your Queen Bee pro cnc since the DDCS cannot support 2 motors for 1 axis and your your Queen Bee pro cnc has 2 stepper motors on the X-axis.

just going to use a jumper cable on y axis to run both stepper drivers
It cannot work that way. How are the home/limit switch of each side going to be synchronized?
FYI: read this thread

Consider why Queen Bee gave options of different suitable controllers for their routers to use with either GBRL or MACH3.
Both GRBL and MACH3 can support "slave axis". DDCS cannot.
MACH3 can also support rotary axis but GRBL cannot.

DDCS is suitable for the metal mill or the metal lathe or CNC routers that does not have a gantry that uses two motors.

OK
This should work

VFD Jumper settings:-
J1 is set to NPN so is F067 = 0 - NPN
J2=VO
J3=V
J4=OFF
J5=X6

Wiring from your Controller to VFD:-
VSO connect to AI1 (need to pass thru a ferrite core twice)
ACM connect to GND
FOR connect to X1
Com- connect to GND

VFD Function (setting)
