Clever idea, but too easy to make at home. Why not just build one out of scrap plywood? Also, I'm at a point where the first question I have to ask myself when considering a new tool is, Where will it live when I'm not using it? Maybe I could find a few square inches to hang it near the clamps . . .
New clamp aid.
I got an email from Woodpecker this mourning and they have a new clamp aid that I think might work well. For me, glueup is always a pain and this might help make it easier. I know, Americans are always looking for an easy way out. :wink: I am not saying I am going to buy it but it looks interesting.

Rockler had a special on Bessey clamps a while back, 4 clamps plus a set of KP blocks. The blocks well, adjustable for clamping different size parts (depending on the size of your clamps, are stackable, take up little space - and cost about $20 for a set of four.

I have Jet parallel clamps. They have a flat back so they sit right up on a table. The Jet clamps have a quick release lever. The Woodpecker bars hold the clamps, not the workpiece. So drilling holes in a 2x4 or 1x, then sawing out the opening with a band saw to hold the clamps sounds like a cheaper solution to me. You can make it as long as you want for table and counter top lengths.
I have a couple of Woodpecker items that are terrific, their router mounting plate and their table saw setup jig for measuring fance-blade-miter slot alighment. But by and large, their stuff is iffy usefulness and way too high priced to suit me.

My thoughts exactly. I'd likely make wood cam clamps to go with them too. Don I did what Gene did took a 2x6 drilled holes down the center than ripped in in two pieces. Have been using
it for several years now. Have three different sizes. Drill 3/4" holes for 1/2" pipe clamps and larger holes for

A lot can be shop built for way less, not as purty but the only one looking at them is the guy using it, and he can spend the money he saved on a cold one.

Just a concept drawing. I have some scrap 3/4 inch plywood I can use. I might even add a foot on the rear to help stabilize the board while gluing up a project. This is a 24 inch model 3 inches tall. That should take care of most of my glue ups for things like cutting boards or panels for the CNC.
Oh yeah, the cradles are 1 inch dia (for 1/2 inch pipe), and the slots are for Bessey clamps that I have.
I added a couple of holes so I can hang them on the wall from either end.

I am going to make a pair of 24 inchers for research and development.
