Hi and welcome. You picked the right place. Stick's pdfs are great and very helpful. I have attached a pdf of 18 things that helped me accelerate my learning curve. It is kind of long, but has illustrations, and hopefully it will help you avoid a few of the costly mistakes and mis-buys I made.
