Wrong, wrong, wrong. Actually I spend zero time looking for these inspirations. I do a LOT of researching for some of my own projects, a whole lot, and you might be surprised at the amount of stuff I run across that doesn't even come close to what I am looking for. These three inspirations are just fallout from my own searches. You can't honestly think I would waste my time looking up stuff like this on purpose. Can you? I just think you guys should put a bit of humor in your work at times.
As far as wanting a CNC - I do not. If I had a production shop (I do not) then, and only then, would I probably want a CNC, and I would hire someone to work with it, because I wouldn't. Besides being no fun to work with, I make a lot of changes to my designs, both while designing, and when finalizing the finished product, then sometimes even more. I like making my designs, I like making my masters, I like making my canes, banks, chairs, and what all. It's all fun. Besides not liking CNCs (I've worked around them, so my personal choice, no issue with you guys having one), one would take away the fun of woodworking for me.
In the meantime I'll save some of the interesting fallout from my researching. >
Reindeer yard art
OK, you can't complain about this one - plywood reindeer for the yard.
I did a pair of these years ago, didn't buy a pattern tho, made my own. Printed a picture of them, laid out a 1/4" graph on each picture, then laid out a larger graph on plywood. Then just copied it out on the plywood. Worked out quite well, still got the plywood patterns. Then traced around the patterns, and rough cut, and routed everything out. Or, it would have been easy enough to just cut them out with a sabre saw. Made them probably around 15 years ago, and my son still puts them out. At that time I heard that they were selling up to $50 plus for just one reindeer. And found out when I made them that I absolutely hated making them. You can make your own patterns, as I did, or buy some.

Oh yes, I suggest drilling a hole at the bottom of each leg, so you can tie them to a tent peg, they tend to blow over very easily otherwise.
